GUIDANCE

The Tenant Farming Commissioner has published a number of guides to topical issues within the tenant farming sector.

The guidance is aimed at all participants involved in the agricultural holdings sector but does not set out every detail of the applicable law. Users are advised to obtain independent legal advice relevant to their particular circumstances before acting upon any of the information contained in the guides.
