Have you ever wanted to be a fly on the wall at an agricultural landlord and tenant mediation? The Scottish Land Commission and the Agricultural Law Association, in association with Scottish Mediation, invite you to a unique training event: a mediation to try to resolve a waygoing from an agricultural holding.
Join us as we stage a live role-play, representing a real mediation to resolve a waygoing from an agricultural holding. The nine participants are not actors: they are all experts in their field.
Anyone interested in finding out how mediation works, what a mediation looks like, and how it can benefit them, is invited to come along
Pamela Lyall, mediator, and Lindsay Burley, mediator, Eskhill and Co, have been instructed as mediators and will work with the landlord and the tenant to try to reach a mutually acceptable outcome. Robin Burley, Eskhill and Co, will host the mock mediation and enable delegates to ask questions as the process unfolds.
